Personal Data Processing Agreement

This User’s Personal Data Processing Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the Agreement, is a public offer.

Terms and definitions
Website is a combination of texts, graphic elements, design, images, program code, photos and videos, as well other results of intellectual activities undertaken by the Administration of the Website, stored in the Internet under the domain name of https://www.fashionsummit.org.

Administration of the Website are the employees authorized to manage the Website on behalf of Fund of Fashion — the Fashion and Design Development Cultural Foundation, hereinafter referred to as Fund of Fashion.

Operator is Fund of Fashion, which on its own and/or together with other parties arranges and/or undertakes personal data procession, as well as defines objectives of personal data procession, the scope of personal data subject to procession, and actions (operations) that have to be performed in regard of personal data.

User is any person who accesses the Website, fills in the fields of the online forms in the Website and by doing so accepts the terms of this Agreement / becomes part of this Agreement.

Personal data us the data that the User submits by means of the online forms on the Website (name, surname, patronymic name, passport details, date of birth, place of employment and/or name of the company he/she represents, individual tax payer’s number, email address, phone number, and other data required to fill in applications at the Website).

Personal data procession is a range of actions undertaken in regard to the personal data of the User who has filled in the fields of the online forms, including collection, record, classification, accumulation, storage, specification (update or modification), extraction, use, transmission (distribution or access granting), anonymization, blocking, removal, and deletion of the User’s data on his/her demand, as well as transmission on the decision of the court, in particular, to the third parties, taking all the precautions to protect the personal data from unauthorized access.

1. Becoming a party of this Agreement and submitting his/her data on the Website by filling in the fields of online forms, the User:

- confirms that all the data submitted belong to him/her personally;
- verifies and acknowledges that he/she has carefully studied this Agreement and the terms of the Operator’s procession of the persona data he/she submits in the online applications, as well as that he/she understands the text hereunder and the personal data procession terms;
- agrees that the Operator can process the personal data he/she provides along with other information to fulfil the objectives provided hereunder;
- agrees with the terms of personal data procession without any provisions or restrictions, namely — with the Operator being entitled to take any action as outlined in Federal Law 152-FZ ‘About Personal Data’ dated July 27, 2006, and confirms that he/she gives such a consent, acting freely, voluntarily, and serving his/her own interests.

2. The Operator processes the User’s personal data in order to:

- offer and render services to the User;
- make, review, and monitor the customer base;
- inform the User about competitions and promotion campaigns;
- send the newsletter from the Website to the User;
- notify the User about various events.
- make lists of event participants.

3. The Operator is entitled to process the personal data by means of adding them to electronic data bases, lists, or registers, as well as inhouse report forms. Personal data procession can be automated or performed without automation means.

4. The Operator will pass the some of the User’s personal data as required to provide information, consulting, and methodical support to the Users, as well as for statistic purposes to the Moscow Department of Culture plus all its subordinate agencies, Eventiko LLC, and Sole Entrepreneur Baranov Dmitry Alexandrovich, with the amount of such data restricted as required to reach the specified objectives and to the following extent:

- the User’s surname and/or name, and/or patronymic name;
- passport data;
- date of birth;
- place of employment and/or name of the company he/she represents;
- position;
- phone number;
- email address;
- individual taxpayer’s number (TIN/INN);
- other data required to fill in applications at the Website.

5. Accepting the terms hereunder, the User also agrees to receive the newsletter and (or) advertising messages by phone (SMS) and (or) by email from the Administration of the Website.

6. The validity period of the User’s Personal Data Processing Consent is 70 (Seventy) years after the User becomes a party to this Agreement. The User is entitled to withdraw his/her consent any moment by sending a written respective notice (query) by email: info@fashionsummit.org

7. The Administration of the Website is entitled to review this Agreement at its own discretion.

8. Whenever the Agreement is reviewed, its valid version shall include the date of the last revision.

9. The new revision of the Agreement becomes valid as soon as it is posted unless provided otherwise in the new revision of the Agreement.

11. This Agreement and the relations between the User and the Operator that arise because of the Agreement shall be regulated in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation.
